Construction on Wolf Point East is continuing along the Chicago River and new renderings have just been released for the 60 story tower.

The ground breaking for the Pelli Clarke Pelli-designed building was in 2017 and pre-leasing will start later this summer through Luxury Living Chicago Realty. Residents can start moving in by this winter.

Residents in the 698 rental units will be able to use multiple indoor and outdoor spaces that are near the tower's base and two thirds up the building on a dedicated level.
The rents start at $1,995 a month for a studio, Junior one-bedrooms start at $2,395, one-bedrooms at $2,895 and two-bedrooms at $3,995. The rental prices for the three-bedroom apartments and penthouse units are not available now but will be released at a later time.

According to Wolf Point East's website, the tower is located at the intersection of River North, Fulton Market, and the Loop above a four-acre riverfront park. Residents can hold meetings in a private board room or just relax in their own River Lounge.
Wolf Point East is on Chicago's Riverwalk, a riverfront path connecting the Loop to the Lakeshore. The Riverwalk offers access to unique public art, local vendors, the finest restaurants, and many elite office addresses, all just steps away.
