On July 4, 2019, the City of Brantford invited eleven (11) Prequalified General Contractors to submit tenders for the Northridge Municipal Golf Course Clubhouse Redevelopment Project designed by IBI Group Inc.
Located at 320 Balmoral Drive, the Scope of Work for the new $3.5 million dollar Golf Course Clubhouse includes, but is not limited to, construction of a one (1) storey, 850.4m2, Main Clubhouse Building with Kitchen and Bar, Banquet Halls, Lounge and Bistro, Offices and Lockers/Change Rooms. Following the completion of the new clubhouse, the existing clubhouse will be demolished.
The Tender Due Date for the Prequalified General Contractors has been extended a few times, with the last extension issued via addendum 6 to August 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM.
