Invest Windsor Essex states that RJM Holdings envisions converting this iconic building into a boutique hotel with 80 to 100 individually styled suites, echoing the grandeur and elegance of its architectural past.

Corporate Residences

In addition to the hotel, the project includes 20 to 40 full-service residences, targeting corporate travelers and companies seeking long-term accommodations.

Amenities

The property will feature:

 - In-house restaurant

 - Café

 - Various meeting and event spaces

 - Library/lounge

 - Retail space

The project aligns with the City of Windsor’s 2017 initiative aimed at rejuvenating the downtown area. The transformation of the Paul Martin Building is a key component in this broader scheme.
