The Benvenuto Group is proposing a unique styled mid-rise condo building in Toronto. StudioAC and +VG Architects designed the 9 storey building which was well received at the 2019 Toronto Design Review Panel. It is called Monza Condos and is named after the city of Monza, Italy, home to the Italian Grand Prix per Urban Toronto.
The Monza Condos will offer 76 units with different layouts. All will include large terraces and will be priced from the mid-$400,000 to $1.5 million.
The following amenities will be included:
- Private fitness studio
- Outdoor spaces with rooftop patio
- Dining and grilling areas
- Ground floor retail
- Bicycle storage space and repair station
The Sales Centre will open this September and will offer complimentary espresso made with Monza's own trademark coffee.
The Centre will offer visitors a chance to get behind the wheel of a vintage Lotus Grand Prix race car keeping with the city of Monza's racing history.
According to Livabl_, Monza Condos are located at 863 St. Clair Avenue West and was designed by The Ventin Group Limited. The modern exterior architecture of the building tapers inward as the building rises. The balconies have been integrated into the design which makes them a focal point of the building and also provides outdoor living spaces for entertaining or dining.
The estimated completion date is still not available.
