Madison Group Proposes 45 Storey Condo Tower in Downtown Toronto

Madison Group proposes 45 storey condo tower

Madison Group will be building a 45-storey development that will rise above Church and Richmond Streets in Downtown Toronto. The neighbourhood is full of development activity and has seen significant revitalization recently. It is located in the perfect location and will allow residents of the ALIAS Condos to enjoy the Harbourfront, popular beaches and nearby parks, all located nearby.

An article in Urban Toronto states that Teeple Architects along with Turner Fleischer Architects as Architect of Record are the designers. The building will stand out due to it's textured, randomized geometric pattern of gold-coloured window frames on its facade along with metallic finishes.

The development will include the following:

 - 475 residential suites

 - one to three bedroom layouts

 - Over 18,000 ft2 of indoor and outdoor amenities

 - Pet-friendly building

 - Street level retail

 - Three level underground parking

 - Shared space beside new park

 - 198 m2 park space dedicated to the City from the Alias site

Condo Now states that many major downtown employment hubs are located close to ALIAS Condos. The Financial District, Hospital Row, Queen's Park, the Discovery District, and now the East Harbour redevelopment are home to major employers and tens of thousands of employment opportunities.
