Ballantry Homes and Silwell Developments Ltd. have advanced plans for the first phase of their new Master-planned community called the Villages of Oak Park. The site is located in Oakville's Uptown Core a few blocks to the south of Dundas Street and west of Trafalgar Road.
Urban Toronto states that the development will front on the west side of Oak Park Boulevard and north side of Hays Boulevard. The other phases of this project will extend the development to the entire block as far north as Oak Walk Drive and west to Millwood Drive.

The site of the development is currently vacant. Ballantry and Silwell first submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application for the multi-phase community of the Town of Oakville in 2019, which was approved. Now a Site Plan Approval application submitted in April is under review for the first phase which would consist of:
- 12 storey mixed-use building
- Mostly residential
- Retail at ground level
- Feature warm brick facade on lower levels
- Upper levels framed in black
- total of 2,216 residential units
- 134 one-bedroom units and one-bedroom + den
- 75 two-bedroom units
- 7 three-bedroom units
- 10 townhomes at base of the building
- 1,158m2 total indoor and outdoor amenity area
- Outdoor amenity located on the roof of the ninth level
- 1,089m2 of commercial area located at grade
- Two underground levels with parking spaces for 324 vehicles
The site is close to several Oakville Transit and GO bus routes with connections to Oakville GO Station.
According to Oak Park Condos, Kikor Architects Planners designed the building. Prices are estimated to start from the $400,000. The Villages of Oak Park is near parks such as Oak Park, Postridge Park and in close proximity of shopping plazas, grocery stores and restaurants.
