On August 28, 2018 at 1:00 PM, The Regional Municipality of York closed a Request for Tender for Mount Albert Water Resource Recovery Facility Outfall Access improvements.
The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, Improvements to the Mount Albert Water Resource recovery Facility Outfall Access.
- Construct bank protection on the east side of Mount Albert Creek and a riffle in Vivian Creek to protect an exposed Regional sewer.
- Design, construct, deliver and install a pedestrian pontoon walkway across the west roadside ditch of Highway 48 and across Vivian Creek to a Regional chamber on the east side of Highway 48.
