Cresford Developments will begin construction on 33 Yorkville Avenue as soon as demolition work is done per Urban Toronto. The Yorkville neighborhood in Toronto is booming with vertical growth. The ArchitectsAlliance-designed development consists of conjoined 42 and 66 storey towers.

Priestly Demolition is leading the demolition portion and it is progressing very quickly. A large eastern portion of the garage has already been demolished and they are now working on the west end of the garage. A four storey office building connected to the garage will also be removed as part of the project.
After the demolition is over, shoring and excavation for the project's underground levels will begin. The conjoined towers will rise after that and will reach 143 and 215 metres which will include over 1,000 new condominium units. The development is scheduled for completion in 2022.
Per 33 Yorkville, this will be a mixed-use dual residential condominium development that will soon be taking its place in the Yorkville neighborhood of downtown Toronto. These sister towers will be linked by an 8 story platform. Retail space will be located at grade level and on the second floor of the rostrum.
Prices will start from the $429,000's and will include 1 bedroom plus den, 2 bedrooms plus den, 3 bedrooms plus den and private residences. The units will range from 467 square feet to 1,648 square feet. The total retail space will be 77,747 square feet and there will be 1,136 parking spaces for vehicles and 1,326 parking spaces for bicycles.
