The developers of the luxury condominium tower 1000M in Chicago, Time Equities Inc. and JK Equities of New York, along with Chicago based Oak Capitals have introduced a new selection of residences called the International Collection per RE Journals.
This is in reponse to buyers looking for highly efficient condominium plans similar to those found in luxury towers throughout Europe, Asia and Canada.

The International Collection will occupy the 41st floor to the 47th floor of the building located at 1000 S. Michigan Avenue. Helmut Jahn designed the tower and the new floor plans will offer studio, one, two and three bedroom layouts from 325 to 850 square feet. The views from these condominiums will be of Lake Michigan and Grant Park and 20 condominiums have already been sold.

According to Chicago Curbed, introductory pricing for the 133 International Collection homes starts at $313,000 for a studio and tops out at under $1 million for the three bedroom units. The tower's penthouse is going for a record-shattering $8.1 million. 1000M will feature a total of 421 luxury residences.
