Bridge Development Partners, LLC is planning to build "Bridge Point Wood Dale" at 700 N. Wood Dale Road in Wood Dale. This development is within the Chicago-O'Hare submarket and will include two state-of-the-art industrial buildings totaling 342,266 square feet per RE Journals.
The 21.8 acre property currently has four long-vacant single-story masonry office buildings. These will be demolished and two buildings will be constructed. One will be a speculative industrial building that totals 241,888 square feet and the other building which will be 100,378 square feet is fully leased to Forward Space, LLC.
The new buildings will have the following features:
- 32 foot clear ceilings
- Ample exterior loading docks
- Car parking spaces
- Landscaped greenery throughout the site.
Demolition is expected to begin on the existing structures within the next 30 days.

Forward Space is a woman-owned, Steelcase authorized commercial furniture dealership that provides office furniture, workplace planning, procurement and delivery/installation in multiple locations across the Chicago area. Forward Space will consolidate its facilities in Oak Brook and Lake Forest into a single location at Bridge Point Wood Dale. The company's office will be 20,000 square feet with remaining square footage as warehouse space.

The 241,888 square foot spec building is expected to be completed by the end of 2019 and the 100,378 square foot build-to-suit for Forward Space, will be completed by March 2020.
Bridge Point Wood Dale is located in DuPage County on the west side of the O'Hare submarket, which is regarded as the best industrial location in all of Chicago. It is five miles from the O'Hare International Airport.
