Preliminary construction work is underway on the Artworks Tower by The Daniels Corporation per Urban Toronto. This condominium development is being built at the Dundas and River Street site in the Regent Park neighborhood of Toronto. Sales are continuing for the remaining units. It will consist of a 33 storey tower and is designed by Quadrangle.
Artworks Tower is offering two-bedroom, three-bedroom and three-bedroom plus den layouts and include a few offered as part of Daniels' Accessibility Designed Program which offers condo suites specifically designed for purchasers who use mobility devices. These suites include wider doors to accommodate wheelchairs, barrier-free washrooms with special showers, balconies with swinging doors, and modified counters, etc.

According to Urban Toronto, many amenities will be offered in this project. The lobby will include a 24 hour concierge service and a seating area along with a textured feature wall including wood and stone.
