The building will consist of the following:

 - 22 storeys including a one-storey rooftop amenity area

 - 160 residential units

 - 186 square metres of ground floor retail commercial space

 - four levels of underground parking

Mobilization of the site has just started with shoring and excavation work to begin in August of 2019.

Extended road closure is now going in effect and a portion of Brock Avenue between Ontario Street will be closed for two years.

According to In Halton, during construction, pedestrian access to the sidewalk on the west side of Brock Avenue will be closed but the sidewalk on the south side of Ontario Street will remain open with a covered walkway for pedestrians. The entrance to the parking lot on Brock Avenue will remain open at all times.

The current schedule shows that foundation and superstructure work will be going on from February 2020 until February 2022.

The Molinaro Group has been in business since 1963 and is an established real estate development firm known for its contributions to Burlington's growth and community by creating landmark residential and commercial properties.
