The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) is gearing up for one of its most ambitious construction seasons in Metro East. As part of Governor JB Pritzker's historic, bipartisan Rebuild Illinois capital program, twenty major infrastructure projects are planned or underway.
This massive initiative represents a total investment of nearly $825 million, aimed at improving safety, enhancing mobility, and creating and sustaining good-paying jobs throughout the region.

1. Interstate 270 over Mississippi River Bridge Replacement
