Toronto is set to redefine urban living with an ambitious new mixed-use housing project adjacent to TTC's Wilson Station. In addition to the affordable rental units, the development will also include 444 market condominiums, offering a diverse mix of housing options suitable for residents of varying income levels. The Housing Now Initiative: Transforming Toronto's Housing Landscape

The Wilson Heights project is a part of Toronto’s broader Housing Now initiative, which is one of the key pillars of the city’s comprehensive HousingTO Plan. Housing Now aims to deliver 65,000 new rent-controlled homes by 2030, including 41,000 affordable units and 6,500 rent-geared-to-income (RGI) homes. To date, the City of Toronto has committed over $1.3 billion in land value, capital funding, and financial incentives to support this initiative—a testament to its significance as one of the city’s largest investments in housing.
